Stop hawking your foreign muck here, old boy. We have hygiene standards in this country.

You’re free to go back to the Farterland if you want to have a jolly time with your friends snorting Mormor’s sheisen-stained knickers.

What a swell party it is, eh?

Soren, if you are going to post You Tube commentators could you please identify them?

Thank you.

Sweden Democrat Party politician Michael Hess of Karlskrona was sentenced today (May 8, 2014) to a fine for hate speech after having connected the religion of Islam with rape.

According to the judgment, the statement is not part of a “factual and authoritative discussion” and it thus it does not matter whether or not the statement is true.

The indictment concerned a comment on Facebook that Hess wrote next to an article in Aftonbladet, which was about women who were raped in Tahrir Square in Cairo.

“When are you journalists going to realize that it is deeply ingrained in Islamic culture to rape and mistreat those women who do not abide by the teachings of Islam? [Data] is widely available showing the connection between the rapes in Sweden and number of migrants from Middle Eastern and North African countries,” wrote the SD politician.

Hess, who has lived in the Middle East for eleven years, argued that the comment did in fact initiate a debate and persuade journalists to examine the phenomenon more deeply.

As proof of his innocence, Michael Hess including a summary of studies showing that men with ancestry from Muslim countries are very much overrepresented in Swedish rape statistics. This includes official figures from the National Council, which show that men from North Africa and Iraq are involved in rapes 23 and 20 times more often than Swedes.

Fined 32,000 krona

Alderman Lise-Lotte Backstrom and the three Social Democratic jurors at Blekinge District Court, however, took no account of the politician’s objections, and  fined him  32,000 krona ($4,900 US)  for “hate speech”.

That's just wrong. Gandalf this is the risk you take in accepting Australia's hate speech laws.

You know, I've read a number of your posts, most of which are a in a similar vein, and have always wondered what sort of reception you would receive in the society you so vigorously defend.

Given your anal/scatological fixation, you would probably be well received.

Given your stated sexual status, one wonders about your mental status, in view of the obvious standing of your sex in such societies.

One wonders.

That is all.

How dare you. I make a simple comment on the old boy’s unhygienic cheese-dealing and I’m subjected to this nonsense.

Sexual status indeed. The old boy’s grandmother’s knickers are hardly the subject of your unsavoury slurs. I’ll thank you to take back your comments and retract your tawdry insinuations.

Moderators, deal with this one. He doesn’t deserve to post in a civilised forum.

Thanks for that, Soren.

Pat Condell at his brilliant best once again. A very brave man to risk a death fatwa upon his head.

I've said it before: Those who should be in politics aren't in politics, and those who are in politics shouldn't be in politics.

Because of the need to keep the locals in Western countries compliant and docile while their suburbs are being steadily filled with immigrants from the bosom of Islam, vilification laws have been ramped up in order to make freedom of speech an expensive exercise.

It's totalitarianism of the sort that Nazi, Communist, and Islamic States are all too familiar with.

The truth is 'hate speech' in Sweden.

In Australia, asking questions is hate speech under Section 18c if you feel mocked or vilified by a question.

The conviction Muslims execute thieves in the marketplace - the West meanwhile is committing civilisational and intellectual suicide every day in every possible way.
The civilisation that has done the most for humanity has the biggest fvckn guilt complex. It's sick.

Yet free speech seems to get along just fine in Australia.

Why does nothing like that ever happen in Australia?

Maybe its because of this:

Quote:
RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ACT 1975 - SECT 18D
Exemptions

Section 18C does not render unlawful anything said or done reasonably and in good faith:

                     (a)  in the performance, exhibition or distribution of an artistic work; or

                     (b)  in the course of any statement, publication, discussion or debate made or held for any genuine academic, artistic or scientific purpose or any other genuine purpose in the public interest; or

                     (c)  in making or publishing:

                              (i)  a fair and accurate report of any event or matter of public interest; or

(ii)  a fair comment on any event or matter of public interest if the comment is an expression of a genuine belief held by the person making the comment.

From the article:

Quote:
According to the judgment, the statement is not part of a “factual and authoritative discussion” and it thus it does not matter whether or not the statement is true.

The only time someone has been convicted under 18c was precisely because the defendant (Andrew Bolt) was making claims which turned out not to be true. If he hadn't been so sloppy and defamed people with untruths, then his racist bile would have been perfectly fine under our law.

Not true.

He was convicted because he suggested that people who look more white than Aboriginal but identify as Aboriginal may do so in order to win preferment and promotions and prominence.

" I have not found Mr Bolt and the Herald & Weekly Times to have contravened section 18C, simply because the newspaper articles dealt with subject matter of that kind. I have found a contravention of the Racial Discrimination Act because of the manner in which that subject matter was dealt with."

Take note of this Soren.  You have been caught telling lies on this forum multiple times - mainly by branding asylum seekers who have done nothing illegal as "illegals".

You are free to be as bigotted and racist as you like - just don't tell lies while you are doing it.  OK?

Well, in this case ALL Muslims should take a note of this, for using this maniac religion, which promotes violence, pedophilia, oppression, force, to constitute justification for their crimes... and it's merely based on dogma, theory, a claim, no facts or proof of existence of any of this, just words written by warmonger. This is the biggest criminal act, and not only should we ban it, but prosecute it, in the name of so many victims around the globe, and particularly recently in Syria and Egypt.  Angry

Yes - 'because of the manner' in which the subject matter was dealt with - which he makes very clear was substantially about telling porky pies:

This is the rest of the sentence that you left out:

Quote:
I have not been satisfied that the offensive conduct that I have found occurred, is exempted from unlawfulness by section 18D. The reasons for that conclusion have to do with the manner in which the articles were written, including that they contained errors of fact, distortions of the truth and inflammatory and provocative language.

Clearly the inflammatory bit was part of it, but as he explains in more detail, this was part and parcel with presenting factual errors:

Quote:
In my view, Mr Bolt was intent on arguing a case. He sought to do so persuasively. It would have been highly inconvenient to the case for which Mr Bolt was arguing for him to have set out facts demonstrating that the individuals whom he wrote about had been raised with an Aboriginal identity and enculturated as Aboriginal people. Those facts would have substantially undermined both the assertion that the individuals had made a choice to identify as Aboriginal and that they were not sufficiently Aboriginal to be genuinely so identifying. The way in which the Newspaper Articles emphasised the non-Aboriginal ancestry of each person serves to confirm my view. That view is further confirmed by factual errors made which served to belittle the Aboriginal connection of a number of the individuals dealt with, in circumstances where Mr Bolt failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the error in question.

Or in other words, telling lies formed the backbone of his "inflammatory" language. If he hadn't told lies, he couldn't have pushed the inflammatory line he was pushing.

There is obvious advantage in being identified as Aboriginal. In these circumstances it is perfectly legitimate to question why someone identifies as Aboriginal when nobody looking or listening to him/her would guess so.  Why is a 1/8th or 1/4 Aboriginal person Aboriginal?

Regarding manner - there is no 'right' not to be offended. He didn't call anyone names, he simply questioned their motives and bona fides. That very questioning was regarded as hurtful and hateful.

Facts - what factual error did Bolt make in an opinion piece dealing with self-identification that has financial and social benefits but which are far from obvious? Mistaking a 1/16th Aborigine for a 1/8th one?

Pointedly, the judgement says that it should not be regarded as in any way proscribing the discussion of issues Bolt raised.

The Swedish rape statistics are incontrovertibly showing massive disproportional Muslim immigrant guilt, yet its is hate speech to present the correlation, presumably because non-rapist Muslims may feel compromised.

On the positive, hopeful side, when the Canadian Islamic Congress pursued lawfare against Maclean magazine for islamophobia, the whole Canadian Human Rights and hate speech racket collapsed and the hatespeech-mongers lost.

Is that the civilisation that just happens to correlate with the Huns?

Correlation, not causation.

The current economic system is capitalism. It sits on older forms of empire, but it’s global. Different economic groups do different things, and these roles move around.

China, for example, is now number two in the world for patent applications and scholarly research articles. Civilisation or correlation?

Danish culture has given much less to the world than China, with one exception: throbbing, blue-veined cheese.

I blame Luther.

Miam miam.
