Cods was joking - obviously, but she has a point. Most members don't have a clue why they are blocked or banned. I've looked through quite a few of these "last 25 posts" and seen nothing - except maybe one tiny little swearword and the person has been banned.

On the other hand - there are a whole group of people whose swearing, personal abuse, continual insults and general spamming of the threads are totally ignored. This has got nothing to do with the moderator or admin not noticing, because often they're posting in the same threads.

Let's just be honest about this. Bannings are random, inconsistent and often not justified and that has to be accepted.

To the members - just get on with your posting, stay within the boundaries to the best of your ability and don't question the workings of the hierarchy.

I have an objection to AiA and anyone else involved in all the relentless bullying and whinging that's been going on here lately. I've changed my mind about nominating Aussie as well precisely because of that. From what I've seen he's been a victim in much of the bullying, but until this crap is sorted and everyone can kiss and make up, none of you should be moderating. If everyone could check their baggage at the door, I wouldn't have a problem with either Aussie or AiA, but I won't be holding my breath.

Political persuasion also shouldn't matter. If I agreed with Andrei on just about anything political, I'd be reassessing my own opinion (he probably feels the same), but he makes a good moderator as far as I can tell.

I thought he was also rude..not a good look for a mod with me anyway, they should treat all with respect..

to call anyone on here vile names is not the way to go either..if someone comes on this forum just to abuse.. I hope they get short shift...
