I say it is child porn, and the image has no place here.  It might be argued that 'a picture is better than a thousand words,' but my call is ~ porn and adds a child element.  I would nuke it to prevent further pushes on the envelope which will come from the usual suspects.  It seems FD encourages it.  Nah.
