There are always going to be problems agreeing on what is explicit content and what isn't. Like politics and religion - porn or offensive material is a divided issue.

We can only bring it to the host/moderator's attention. It is impossible to cater to an individual's moral compass. I stick to mainstream media and have no inclination to deviate, but plenty of people do and think nothing of copying material from a site which many of us would avoid.

If the moderators and host accept content which some of us consider explicit - that's just the way it is. We then have two choices.

true, but thats why there are legal definitions and I would suggest that stating that not everyone finds these images offensive wouldnt really cut it in a court of law.

No, not at all. In my experience the Feds take this sort of thing extremely seriously, it will only take 1 complaint. Im surprised this forum is still up actually.
