Correct. There was no Party at that time. Palmer wrote a Policy document.............I have a copy of it. He made his intent publicly known......people like me became interested. People like me attended the PUP launch on the 25th August 2013.....yeas Andrei............less than 12 months ago...and Palmer presented his Policy to the Nation, the very same Policy he took to the September 2013 Election at which both he and PUP were successful.

It's just one vote by one man right?

Dunno how you can argue that, given that PUP has three Senators elected on that Policy.....and they have the balance of power in the Senate.

Did you vote on policy formulation?

As I have explained above. No-one did. It was written by Palmer ~ well, so he says, but I'm sure there were other contributors.
