I dunno about epic winston.

I agree with Gordon Strachan in the BBC studio.
Australia got in Chiles faces and unsettled them. The Aussies lacked the bit of quality up front to cross the ball when it mattered. They gave it everything though.

The fact everyone was off the bench when Chile scored the third shows how relieved they were.

Epic? That was the Dutch tonight!

I watched it on BBC.

Australia played well.

I'm going to Amsterdam on Monday. Hopefully we can beat the Italians tomorrow or I will not have much to say to the rampant Dutch!

Australia did alright though. Our TV analysts have heaped praise on the Aussies and we'd be far less biased.

To quote my colleague in Milan, the first game is always the best time to play them.
Notorious poor starters and that's an ageing squad they've brought.

I think it will be a draw.

It'll be a good game

I just figured I'd better get in while I can ....... if Italy loses I'm never going to hear the end of it.

I can't argue with that, it was surreal. The Socceroos almost utterly destroyed Chile. If they had equalised they would have run amock.

Brazil were poor. As were Spain.

As long as Argentina don't win, I'm ok.
