Gandalf could you explain why countries with a predominantly muslim population top the chart as being most corrupt?

I remember that Turkey was allowed a "Felicitation Fee" of 10% on Government transactions by the EU as it attempted to become a member. This because it could not stamp out the endemic corruption of the Islamic state.

Most Islamic countries are corrupt to the core, would you like to foist this on Australia?

I suspect because they really are amongst the most corrupt.

All lies though, according to FD. He seemed most indignant that Afghanistan was at the same level as North Korea. According to him, Afghanistan is an "established" democracy, and the only reason it rates so badly in this index is because of muslims like me wanting to give the American occupation a bad name.
