Former Pink Floyd frontman sparks fury by comparing Israelis to Nazis

ammatory remarks by the musician Roger Waters, formerly of Pink Floyd, comparing the modern Israeli state to Nazi Germany have put him at the centre of a furious dispute.

Performers and religious figures reacted angrily to the veteran rock star's argument that Israeli treatment of the Palestinians can be compared to the atrocities of Nazi Germany. "The parallels with what went on in the 1930s in Germany are so crushingly obvious," he said in an American online interview last week.

Waters, 70, a well-known supporter of the Palestinian cause, has frequently defended himself against accusations that he is antisemitic, claiming he has a right to urge fellow artists to boycott Israel.

This summer he was criticised for using a pig-shaped balloon adorned with Jewish symbols, including a Star of David, as one part of the stage effects at his concerts. Waters countered that it was just one of several religious and political symbols in the show and not an attempt to single out Judaism as an evil force.

Now leading American thinker Rabbi Shmuley Boteach has raised the stakes by describing Waters' views as audacious and clearly antisemitic.

Writing in the New York Observer, the rabbi said: "Mr Waters, the Nazis were a genocidal regime that murdered six million Jews. That you would have the audacity to compare Jews to monsters who murdered them shows you have no decency, you have no heart, you have no soul." The rabbi was responding to Waters's latest comments on the Middle East. Speaking to the leftwing CounterPunch magazine, the musician criticised the US government for being unduly influenced by the Israeli "propaganda machine".

Jewish extremists in france attack pro palestinian protestors

Jewish vigilantes brandishing iron bars and cans of pepper spray took to the streets of Paris to attack pro-Palestinian demonstrators, it emerged today. (Tuesday)

Shocking images shot in the French capital at the weekend show around 150 mainly young men chanting racist slogans as they went on the rampage.

It came as President Francois Hollande warned that he did not want to see 'the Israeli-Palestinian conflict imported into France.'

French Jewish groups have complained about an increase in anti-Semitism in recent months, with many accusing Muslim youths of targeting them.

But a video shot close to the Place de la Bastille on Sunday, and verified by police before being posted on YouTube, suggests that the pro-Israel groups are in fact taking the law into their own hands.

It will cause concern in moderate Jewish communities around Europe, especially in Britain, where the Israeli bombardments of Palestinians in Gaza have come in for huge criticism.

While security guards are regularly used to defend synagogues and other Jewish sites in cities like London, vigilante groups would be banned.

In Paris, CRS riot police do not make a single arrest among the Jewish gang, thought to be linked to the extremist Jewish Defence League (LDJ), despite them openly fighting in broad daylight.

Members can be heard chanting '****-you Palestine' as they smash up chairs and metal tables to be used as missiles.

Gas canisters, pepper spray, metal bars and wooden sticks are used by the vigilantes, some of whom are wearing crash helmets.

They run through the streets towards pro-Palestinian demonstrators, and skirmishes break out while the police stand by.

When the gang runs back towards police lines, there is no attempt to arrest any of them.

In contrast, pro-Palestinian demonstrators were later accused of trying to break into synagogues, and six of them were arrested.

Alexis Bachelay, a Paris MP for the ruling Socialist party, said: 'There has evidently been a media manipulation about who really got assaulted.

'These are extremely serious facts that need to be investigated thoroughly by the police. It is not the first time that young French people of Muslim origin are stigmatised by the media.

'French people of Muslim origin should be protected by the law when demonstrating. They should not be attacked by radical groups like the LDJ'.

In turn, local Jewish community leader Joel Mergei, accused anti-Israel protestors of reaching a 'new low'.

An LDJ source insisted that the gang members pictured were 'defending' the Jewish community in Paris.

Mossad Chief predicted “three teens will be kidnapped” one week before it happened

Every time the Israeli government finds itself in a jam, its enemies rush in to save it. Or so we are supposed to believe.

The pattern is unmistakeable: The US is leaning on Israel to freeze or dismantle settlements…and suddenly a suicide bomb goes off. The international community has Israel up against a wall…another bomb goes off. Argentina’s Jewish community starts turning anti-Zionist…and the Israeli embassy and Jewish Community Center in Buenos Aires get blown up.

Today, the whole world is recognizing and applauding Palestine’s new coalition government featuring the newly-reconciled PLA and Hamas. 99% certain Israel responsible for kidnapping and murder of three Jewish Youths

Israeli newspaper, Haaretz just reported: Mossad chief’s chillingly prescient kidnap prophecy.

Kevin Barrett, Veterans Today Editor in his article titled “Smoking gun proof of “Israeli teen kidnapping” false flag” writes Mossad Chief predicted “three teens will be kidnapped” one week before it happened.

Israel has a proven track record of false flag operations causing death and destruction to their “allies and supporters”. Yet we never hear about any of this in the main stream media. When a terrorist act is committed, this false flag history of the Israelis is never brought up as a possibility to consider. It is necessary to understand that fact before one can hope to understand fully the role of the Jews in national and world affairs.
