Well Done to Nick Kyrgios .... from wildcard entry to defeating Nadal

https://au.sports.yahoo.com/tennis/news/article/-/24365861/is-this-the-shot-of-t...

lets hope he doesn't do what all our recent up and comers do, and let it get to his head .. he has a lot of potential but needs to keep his feet on the ground or he will end up another Tomic or Philippoussis

He has a good family behind him who will give him the right kind of support.
His confident attitude reminds me of Usain Bolt

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

Yeh, he certainly beams that: knowledge is power- you could see he was going to win!

His shots were so eccentric!

Guy seems well based, and has a great family behind him, they too come across as sensible and not given to grandiose expectations.
He's worked hard to get where he is with a strong track record in the juniors, he seems likely not to be a flash in the pan. The Media of course are frothing at the mouth already hailing him as the probable Wimbledon winner this year, that's unlikely though. Of course it's possible, so good on him indeed just for THAT!
Absolutely loved that cheekly little chip shot between his knees though, it takes real gall to pull a stroke like that at that level!   Grin
