Lambie seems like she has got a bit of personality, which is not a bad characteristic.
If she wants to stick the boot into Abbott, when he deserves it, then more power to her.
As Abbott is the current PM, it should surprise nobody that he will be the centre of political attacks when his government acts in ways that people do not like.
I reckon that she would get equally stuck in if Shorten, or anyone else, was supporting things she believed were not right for her constituents, state, or country. (in THAT order Grendel, that quote from Q&A that you thought made her look stupid backfired on you, because SHE certainly comes across better than you did with your miscues and misconceptions about what you think are her Senatorial responsibilities.)
She also does not seem the type who will back down from a fight, or back away from what she believes, so good for her, in my books.
While not many posters can be proud of their contributions to this thread, Jon Smith's grossly inappropriate comments about Abbott's kids was an all time low for him. It was not funny, in any way, and showed a breathtaking lack of maturity, as well as decency.
Others joined in with disgusting personal insinuations about Abbott and his daughters, and I sincerely recommend that they go back and edit, or remove their posts of that type, if they do not want to get an enforced holiday for their misdemeanors.
Then we got a dose of Grendel. Good to see his myopic inability to self appraise is as staggering as ever, while he continues to describe himself as unbiased, and politically slightly left of centre.
The fact that he defends ultra right idiocy with determined consistency, seems to have escaped only one persons notice. HIS.
