Who do the Palmer Party employees owe?

Will Minerolagy contractees exhibit the contract they have with Minerolagy shop front name, Palmer United Party.

Having signed the Corporate contract with Clive Palmers Minerolagy, what happens should they breach that contract. Are there monetary penalties involved?

Were the individual PUP employee/candidates dishonest with the electorate in not declaring they were contracted employee of Clive Palmer Minerolagy Pty Ltd.

Current details for ABN: 65 010 582 680
Entity name:        MINERALOGY PTY LTD
Entity type:        Australian Private Company
Business name:   From 13 May 2013 Palmer United Party

Question.

When a Corporate contracted Senator receives Corporate instruction that goes against what the electorate wishes, will the Senator pay the Corporate fines and punishment and go against Mineralogy instruction and protect the electorate, Or is Corporate penalty to be borne too much for the Senator to pay?
