How can we know? The Government ceased processing their claims properly way back in mid-2012! Yet they ignore the ten times the number of Asylum Seekers who arrive by plane!

BEING "fed up waiting' is acknowledgment that they jump the queue. I'd rather the ones who were more patient come to Australia.

People who go to a point of entry and request asylum have not really entered, people get turned back from a point of entry or denied access.

Boat people attempt to get to a point of entry and request asylum. This is in fact a legal process.
