Am certainly in accord with your words "toxic agenda", well put, FYI Dr Lillian Glass wrote a book called "The 10 toxic terrors and how to deal with them", it's way cool, fundamentally she explains that toxic people are either simply jealous or inadequate, it may now be out of print but a top read if you are so inclined. All the while, not convinced about your term being "One Term Tony", although it sure sounds pretty good, insofar just check out the grumpy emperor from the west who retired to only get back in (and in) because the Opposition is still lacking in any wherewithal.
