Now now , that's silly.
I wouldn't even call it "tough love"
I'd call it understanding how human behaviour works.
If you want to reward disability, you will get more disability.
This is a lose/lose...society loses and the individual loses.
Don't reward disability unless you want more of it to flourish

You can retire when you want. Save, accumulate wealth and you can retire early. The 70 retirement age doesn't come into effect until 2035. Everyone affected has 20 years to do so.
