Earlier this week, the Prime Minister’s office said Mr Abbott would only participate in part of the ride due to the MH17 disaster and the need to be able to receive security briefings at short notice.

The Dutch government has issued a brief statement announcing Mr Abbott will visit The Hague on Monday to meet the prime minister and sign a condolence book.

After 11months of bumbling idiocy the majority of Australia are unanimous on Tony just staying home and sending intelligent diplomats to do the talking , he is completely useless negotiating domestic affairs so sending him on any sort of international taxpayer funded junket is futile .
