Needless to say these are strategic riots used as an excuse for looting the shops during a situation of chaos and mayhem.

And the observation is that moral outrage so often turns into an opportunity to go on a typical Black Rampage of shop-window smashing, and looting the poor shopkeepers who are so poor themselves they have to pay rent on stores that are in black ghettoes.

I cannot believe this officers did not deserve being charged with at least one violation....as they said on the TV it is almost impossible to site a Policeman... this is wrong...I believe..

the grand jury see everything...and its been proved this young man was not armed...

even I can see there is something wrong with him being killed...what was it 6 bullets??????????????
