What utter nonsense.

Most of Sydney's Muslims who end up in court on various charges are reported by the media to be on Disability Support Pensions.

He was subjected to physical abuse by his father and was affected by his father's desertion of the family during his early teenage years.

More apologist nonsense.

I didn't see my father after the age of 9 ... and was still being caned at school when I was 17.

It didn't put me on the DSP or turn me into a decapitating terrorist.

He reported that his early performance at school was normal. There was a history of conduct disorder in adolescence and he did not return to school after being expelled in year 9.

In other words he was a typical ratbag Muslim Sydney youth who ran with 'the wrong crowd' and was 'known to the police' ~ like so many others like him.

Grin Grin Grin

'mental illness' ~ my arse!

Let's re-phrase that, shall we?

"He reported some employment as a labourer, but none since he was introduced to retirement on the DSP three years ago". ~ again, like so many others of them.

Dr Nielssen took a further history from the accused which revealed hallucinations and paranoid events particularly related to his experience in custody. The conclusion stated in the report was as follows:

Is this idiot of a psychiatrist kidding?

He sat there with pen-and-paper and took notes from this malingerer as speaking the gospel truth about himself? He sucked it all in like blotting paper and then made his recommendations to the court based on what this miscreant had told him?

Mein Gott! The psychiatric profession has always been pathetically feeble but I didn't think it had sunk this low.

Nice try Waleed, but no box of dates this time.

Psychiatrists don’t remove children, Aussie. There has to be a report to Family Services, and then a magistrate has to make a ruling on care orders.

And we know what Herbie thinks of magistrates.

My guess is the children’s mother and their grandparents looked after the kids. Plenty of criminal and mentally ill people have children, and very few are placed into the care of the state

Oh, no, Wally, Herbie doesn't lack brains.  Indeed, as I have always maintained, Herbie is full of "intelligence and low native cunning".   Herbie just prefers to use his brains malevolently, thats all.  Wink

Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

If he was found to be too looney to plead, surely he did not have the kids in his care..  But.....how did the loser manage to get at least one of them on the plane to Syria?  Mr Mitty has much to answer for here.

Do you think the middle east have no pharmacies?

There are pharmacies everywhere in the middle east.

True, but the Muslims have stolen all the library books - how is Herbie expected to expand his brain power?

Maybe he can take up crosswords.

Well he's in trouble now because without a healthcare card that medication is very expensive. He'll be back here soon banging on the door to be let back in. I hope not.
