Under American law the officer was justified in shooting this person, he assaulted a police officer and struggled with him for his gun which discharged which makes him a felon.

Tonight on the news I saw the blacks were still on the rampage. Once the shops, stores and warehouses in this town are thoroughly cleaned out this rioting will come to a skidding halt.

And yes ... our old friend from New Orleans was found in this town of Ferguson cleaning up the bottle shop as usual ...
