I watch all the episodes of 'Undercover Boss' from Canada and the US, and the blacks who inadvertently appear on the show as workers in some occupation or other have all been good workers with good character and attitudes.

It's like where I used to work: Some ethnics would ironically call someone a 'wog' in conversation, and no offence was taken. But if an Anglo said the same thing - all hell would break loose.

What they need in the US is mo' black cops. That way if a (black) cop shoots a black homeboy that ain't no big deal. Know what I'm sayin'?
