Ripping a woman's hijab off in a malicious attack by a complete stranger would be hugely humiliating for any affected woman, and its perfectly understandable they would be reluctant to report it.
How about this:
Putting on a hijab in Australia is a malicious act.
Look around. The natives do not have hijabs. They have a COMPLETELY different concept about the sexes. They have a COMPLETELY different view of what is normal behaviour and attire in the public sphere.
Why not respect that?
Why challenge or ignore that?
Why not fit in and not demonstrate separateness at every turn?
Didn't they know that Australia is not a Middle Eastern country when they applied to settle here?
Don't they know that this is not a repressive Islamic country?
Why insist on challenging the norms of the country that gives them an opportunity to bloody well get over their primitive Arabian obsessions about hair?
Why come here if they want to be just like they are back in Hellholeistan??Please explain, Gandy, because I have no idea why you do it - other than deliberately undermine and white-ant.
It simply doesn't make sense otherwise.
That's right, old chap. You raise a very important point. And in so doing, you support the rights and Freeeedoms of all good Australians who like Danish to express themselves like this:

When I wore hijab, I was verbally abused, spat at a few times and shoved down stairs at a railway station. Ever been spat at by a filthy bogan? It's one of the the most revolting and humiliating things out there - far worse than the push down the stairs. I remember standing waiting to cross a set of traffic lights and being spat at by a dickhead in a passing car. My best friend was surrounded on a train by a group of teenagers and had her scarf torn off. This was all before 9/11. I never once considered reporting anything to the police.
I pulled over not long ago to assist at the scene of an accident. A scarfed Muslim woman was sitting by the side of the road crying hysterically. She'd t-boned a lady at an intersection. It wasn't a serious accident. The woman she hit was on the phone to the police saying that she believed she'd been hit intentionally and was a victim of terrorism. The scarfed woman was absolutely petrified. It was awful.
It's a matter of taste, no? Australians who like Danish have a superior sense of aesthetics. Form fits function, innit. Team Australia.
It is a jolly world.
