Latest news  ABC 24.

One man opened his door to 4 policemen at 4am this morning.

They then proceeded to brutally beat him.

He is now in hospital with severe facial injuries & no charges were laid against him.

His lawyer is investigating.

and the claim comes from....  the terrorist?

He wasn't charged with anything.

As soon as he politely opened the door his face was immediately punched in.

What would have happened is that as soon as the door opened the police would have swarmed the house and arrested everyone. As soon as the door opened they would have had him on the ground before he knew what happened. They are not going to stand there and have a polite conversation while everyone runs out the back door, or the person at the door possibly pulls out a weapon. A few bruises is unavoidable in such an intense moment.

The whole point of a warrant and raid is having solid cause for suspicion and acting upon it swiftly - Arrest everyone and ask questions latter.

You need to learn what 'pedantry' means. Seriously.

The terrorist plot is alleged.  Try using your "pedantry" argument in a court of law, and see how far you get.

(Why do all of the pedophile apologists have such a hard time with the English language?    Undecided )

An alleged terrorist plot

VS

An alleged government conspiracy to use the courts, intelligence agency, and law enforcement, so as to stage an alleged terrorist plot, so as to create fear in the public and allow the government greater control over the masses. Mind you, Alleged only on an internet forum

You don't have to make a choice: you just have to understand that they are both alleged.

After an Islamic atrocity in OZ, many of these same idiots on the forum will be calling it a false-flag operation and an excuse by government to gain greater control. Nothing will ever convince them that sometimes there is evil in society that needs to be stopped and it is not one big government conspiracy to control the masses.

Rectum is just doing what the Dear Leader, and Channel 7, have told him to do.

He no longer thinks for himself (that's assuming that he once did).

There are more important issues in the world then the park down the road having the grass cut. Yet, the council take the time to cut the grass every few weeks.

Just because there are bigger issues in the world than a single terrorist plot being stopped doesn't mean that you don't stop it.

What an insanely illogical position to take that because there are bigger global issues in the world everything else should be ignored.
