it is interesting logic. to his single brain cell the fact that anyone is concerned about something means they are terrified. interesting way to think. I am sure therapy could fix him. maybe.

Therapy is only good for people who have at least some insight into their affliction. This guy is utterly bereft of any.
Surgery is indicated.
