News tonight:-  "FOR THE FIRST TIME armed police are patrolling Parliament House."

Discussion ends......

I have to say I am surprised to hear that there weren't armed guards in Parliament House long before this.

Other politicians and parties in the past have generally been straight up with the public so there was no need.

Got nothing to do with that - it's about terrorists and nutters, keeping them out.

It is about monkey trying to build his support. Not working according to Thursdays Reachtel poll.

Hell, we're not allowed to voice our opinion at all. If dissentient voices say anything in opposition to the lunacy adopted by our 'leaders' and 'social engineers' we're shouted down as racists, bigots and xenophobes.

Oh dear, I can’t stop laughing! LABOR put PH at risk of terrorist attack? I think not—monkey, take a bow!

Quote:
Liberal senator Bill Heffernan has had the last laugh on the serious question of security at Australia’s Parliament.

Earlier this year, security was slackened in a bid to save A$400,000. MPs' staff and departmental officials were allowed to go into the building without being scanned.

Heffernan was outraged as what he saw at the laxity of the new arrangements and arrived at an estimates hearing in May with a piece of pipe and other paraphernalia to demonstrate you could get a bomb into the place.

Not long after, the old system of everybody being scanned returned.

Now Tony Abbott says that this month he was advised of “chatter” among terrorist networks about a potential attack on “government people and Parliament House has been specifically mentioned”. He had commissioned an urgent review and in future the Australian Federal Police – previously just in charge of security around the outside of the building – will have responsibility for inside too.

“There will be armed Australian Federal Police present in and around our national parliament at all times”, he said on Friday.

Maybe the “chatter” changes everything but it’s passing strange that Parliament House’s internal security could, within months, have gone from ripe for cuts, to requiring police with guns.

Okay, here it is ....

We're all destined to become Muslims anyway, because our politicians will continue to sponsor them in almost every way possible, from immigration to refugee quotas, from annual Ethnic Grants to subsidies for Islamic schools, etc.

Watch carefully, and practice until perfect.

Allahu Akbar.

Becoming a Muslim, Part One

I'm not interested in accusations. I asked for proof or a link which might confirm my status as an alleged racist, xenophobe or bigot. Proof or link please.
