The police in an interview said he was invited down to the station for some talks.

This raises the question why was that meeting being conducted outside the police station?

Interviews inside the station are video taped, but the discussion that occurred outside may not have even been voice recorded.

There are questions that need be asked!

The reason why they didn't conduct the interview inside the station is because they didn't get that far before he tried to kill the two Police Officers. He tricked them into shaking his hand and then set about hacking into them with one of two knives he was carrying. The AFP officer received life threatening injuries to his neck and the Victoria Police officer received wounds to his arms before he shot the teen dead with a single shot. Both officers are in a stable condition, thank God. Make sense now?

The kid had previously left the religious group he was associated with and police knew that. When he told them he wanted to talk they believed he was going to give them information on the group. It is not so unusual for informers to not want to be seen in a police station.

see Armpit, 'FACTS' ... it's no so hard

Someone had previously asked why police didnt go and talk to his family if they suspected him ... they did, several months ago, his family even tried to get him councilling

Why did he stab the two officers when he offered to shake their hands? Why did he have an ISIS flag on him when he was shot? Why did he take two knives with him to the Police station? See Jack_Sh!t, FACTS - it's not so hard!

obviously him leaving the group was a sham designed to lower the police officers guards .

By the way dopey, you haven't given facts, you've asked querstions ... that usually implies that you don't have the FACTS

Just when I thought it wasn't possible for you to get any dumber, you lower the bar even further. He lured the officers in close with the offer of a handshake - FACT. He commenced a frenzied stabbing attack that left one officer with critical, life-threatening injuries and another with serious wounds - FACT. He was not shot until after both officers had been stabbed numerous times - FACT. He was found to have two knives on his person - FACT. He was found to be carrying an ISIS flag after being killed - FACT. How about you stop defending this arsehole and start showing some compassion for the officers who very nearly didn't go home to their families?
