China has a 10KW model, being produced at 100,000 per, I not know of others, only that widely differing models are available.

China model +20*C, cold phase is house cooling.

Coles Supermarkets use same technology but must use electric driven compressor and not recover electricity.

US Secretary of State John Kerry has issued a stark warning about the mounting effects of climate change, from food shortages to devastating droughts, saying time is running out for real action.

Kerry said on Thursday that the window for facing the challenge was 'closing quickly' and warned of dire consequences if climate change sceptics are wrong about the future and nothing is done.

'If they're wrong, catastrophe,' Kerry said in Boston after visiting a wind-technology testing centre with British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.

'Life as you know it on Earth ends. Seven degrees increase Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius) and we can't sustain crops, water, life under those circumstances.

Greg Hunt has now put in writing the LNP has halved the emissions it was going cut upon coming to office.

A sole 103 businesses selected by Greg Hunt shall receive voters money to reduce their Carbon emissions.

However the start date of 1st July 2014 and the quarterly review have been postponed due to a whisper of the High Court not happy.

Should interest Clive he was just a lad in 1953 when Ansett versus the Commonwealth, section 53 of the constitution, came up trumps, as it does today to the LNP Direct Action.
