As for a 9 year old female. Well, 'back then' when the Holy Books were written - the life spans were very much shorter and women developed earlier. To us now, it seems abhorrant that a 9 year old girl is being 'sexed', but back then. Most people only lived to around 40 years of age.
...unless you were a Ranga called Ramses II who lived to 130 and thus had all the time in the world to build all of those structures in the name of Art defeating Military.
