Clives Inquiry Unfunded
Oct 9th, 2014 at 9:09am

Clive's inquiry to gather much we already know was due for a funding package at the end of September, however no record of that happening can be found.

Senators may have realised they need to produce value for money, especially when its the voter doing the paying.

Such volume of deep questions should not be rushed for answers, and time is quickly running out for the report to be written.

Senators are still opposing the budget and for them to throw in extra expenses to gather information of no benefit to the voter shall be remembered by the voters

Senators appear to have chosen not to decide how much voter money to provide the Clive inquiry, and so preventing its waste of money!

Funny you say that! The judicial processes have quietly been taking place so Clive can appear in a criminal Court and explain his duping of the AEC.

Clive's threat of the High Court to bring the AEC round to Clive's understanding of the Electoral ACT 1918, and its shall's not apply to his Party, especially the shall of the ACT that Clive name the Party Secretary so the AEC can confirm they be enrolled to vote.

Clive's threats and duping activity further raises questions of what payments did Clive make and to whom for the AEC to find it had enrolled to vote a person named the Office of Chief Financial Officer!

Clive's need to do anything to save his business interests did not cross his mind that records be kept!

Apart from Aussie, I think most of us would love to see Clive get his comeuppance, as he really is only in parliament to look after his own business interests.

Unfortunately we are stuck with his stooges for six years.

That is slowly coming unravelled as it is a criminal offence for a Senator to sell their vote, or a person to buy it.

Clive so frightened those Senators he pay to be elected, not do his wishes, Clive had them sign judicial enforceable contracts, they would obey Clive's party constitution. Clive's party constitution being what Clive says it is, up until the 1st December 2016.

Clive of course taking all care to split up and hide this information in public records.

One would have thought Clive would have cottoned that his ability to hide things might be matched by others ability to find them, especially when Clive so conveniently writes all in documents he not keep solely in his possession!

Yes - perhaps some have actually begun to realise that costly commissions of inquiry and audit and such that serve to hand lovely little earners to old mates and such are very much on the nose.

It's now time to move on to chopping off some of the other lovely little earners going around.

I'm still shaking my head in amazement that Andrei has the living gall to come in yesterday and say that a mere $70 or something EXTRA for one episode of medical care is nothing - I'd say he needs to live on the dole for a month before being allowed to comment.  THAT, Poppets, is the mentality of the Right here and of the vultures that are ripping your country to pieces with their self-serving 'global economy'..... oh - I'M all right.. bloody peasants!  To the wall....

Senator Lazarus (Team Clive)
I move- (1) That a select committee be established to inquire into and report on:

(a) how much money is set out out in the Budget for allocation to QLD. For what purpose those funds go to.

Clive Senators and others are to lazy to look up the Budget for themselves and now want Qlders to fork out $Millions for somebody to again wrirte down for them whats in the Budget for QLD.

A month is too short. People are on the dole an average of about two years due to widespread and unwarranted discrimination among employers who prefer to rort 457 visas rather than offer opportunities to our unemployed. Maybe two years would make a more fitting character-building exercise?

True.....You are 'stuck' with three PUP Senators for another five years, and you may well get some more to be 'stuck' with in the next Federal election.

But, I'm interested in your 'most of us would love to see Clive get his comeuppance, as he really is only in parliament to look after his own business interests.'

Was that just rhetoric, or do you have some evidence to back it up?

I don't care if Clive is right or wrong
(in comparison to the other two  Roll Eyes)
- he is a spanner in the works of the 'Tag-Team' monopolisation that the Coalition & ALP have had for so long.
The fact that the Coalition didn't 'win' the Election,
it was the fact that the ALP just 'lost' it - shows that the
Australian Public are fed up with both of them.  Angry
We need more 'Choice' !!

The LNP has gone cold on the inquiry to have the voter pay to save Clive's business interests, so instead Clive was able to muster an inquiry to get evidence so QLNP could be sued by Clive and Qlder's pay the bill.

PUPS have a bigger problem, the Party is doomed for deregistration. The ACT requires the Party Secretary be an enrolled voter. AEC has nobody enrolled to vote under the name of, Office of Chief Financial Officer. All AEC enrolment requires a name.

PUPS having monetary sold their vote to PUP and it enforced by the Party owner, becomes just a person, no party owner.

So end the employment of a person owned by Clive Palmer!

Once pup senators are now independent's having sold their vote to an individual, which is a criminal offence!

to be fair, pansi likes him too.  But she is a dope and aussie is a bitter twisted individual.  but based on PUP senators, they are also dopes, bitter and twisted and mutes.

and if labor were to win the next election Palmer would be sticking it up Labor.  But the real truth is that he is sticking it up EVERYONE and everything not to his personal benefit.

I look forward to him being charged with embezzlement.
