Ginger-haired Australian jihadist Abdullah Elmir, 17, has been condemned by his relatives over a chilling video in which he declares ISIS will not stop their murderous campaign 'until the black flag is flying high in every single land'.

In a propaganda video for the terror group published on YouTube, the young white, Sydney born man calling himself Abu Khaled from Australia is flanked by other ISIS fighters.

Elmir reportedly told his mother he was 'going fishing' when he disappeared from his home in Bankstown, west Sydney, in June.

Elmir and his friend Feiz are believed to have made their way to Syria and Iraq after crossing the border from Turkey, where they were last known to have contacted family members. They travelled via Perth, with stops in Malaysia and Thailand.

'What a stupid idiot,' an unnamed relative told the Daily Telegraph.

'We never associated with him, that guy was brainwashed, I don't know what these kids get into.'

'They don't know how to fight... they should be getting an education and building this country up.'

He begins the video by saying 'this message I deliver to you the people of America, this message I deliver to you the people of Britain and this message I deliver especially to you the people of Australia'.

Titled 'Message Of The Mujahid 4', the video which is 1.43 minutes long is full of heavily worded threats and taunts the US-led coalition that recently began air strikes on ISIS targets in Syria and Iraq.

Elmir, who told family he was going away on a fishing trip, will not be allowed back into Australia under national security laws.

The ANIC said it wanted an inquiry into how the boy was compelled to leave Australia to fight with the violent terror group.

“It is utterly deplorable for violent extremists to use Islam as a cover for their crimes and atrocities,” the Grand Mufti of Australia Dr Ibrahim Abu Mohammad said.

The ANIC has asked the federal government to commit further resources to identify and prevent the root causes of radicalisation of Australians.

In the video, Elmir clutched an assault rifle while delivering a 90-second diatribe threatening the West and in particular Australia.

“This message, I deliver to you, the people of America,” Elmir, identified as Abu Khalid, says in the video while up to 100 fighters stand around him.

“I deliver this message to you, the people of Britain. And I deliver this message to you — especially — the people of Australia.

“And I say this about your coalition. You threaten us with this coalition of countries. Bring every nation that you wish to us. Bring every nation that you want to come and fight us. It means nothing to us.”

He adds that the terror group will eventually take over Australia, the US and Britain.

“To the leaders — to (Barack) Obama, to Tony Abbott — I say this: these weapons that we have, these soldiers, we will not stop fighting,” the teenager says.

The prime minister said the video highlights the global threat posed by IS.

IS is a threat that reaches out to Australia and its allies and partners, a spokesman for Mr Abbott said.

“That is why Australia has joined the coalition to disrupt and degrade ISIL in Iraq and is giving our law enforcement and security agencies the powers and resources they need to keep Australia and Australians as safe as possible.”

Labor frontbencher Tony Burke questioned how a child raised in Australia could be caught up in the terrorist group’s ideology. “I don’t think anyone I’ve spoken to understands how that transition occurs,” he told reporters in Canberra

This issue is going to last for a few generations, unfortunately.

An Illustration - depending on your point of view.

"get an education" someone declared.
It now costs, once it was free.

"Get a job" another declares.

How many 17 years old's cannot find jobs because the factories have closed down and moved off-shore ?

"Get an education, get a job and buy your dream home"

Education is not free, there are no jobs and foreign ownership is outstripping supply causing over pricing of real estate.

So the 17 year old may have thought of all this while fishing, but fishing laws restricted fishing to.

He got pissed off at the system and joined IS instead.
That's probably how he got brainwashed, the recruiters target the faults of our global system and once the mind has turned, only real pain may turn it back.

Conclusion:

There is no easy quick solution.

Hope he comes to his senses ?, highly unlikely.

We can pray for Divine Intervention to redeem the Human Mind of this kind of error.

ISIS has issued a statement encouraging its followers to slaughter the hypocrites among them before moving onto the Jews. This PR against the west rather than Israel is not surprising - Israel is not actively fighting ISIS. We are.

I agree he's been brainwashed by the islamic faith, he's firmly convinced by the teachings of peace and love that he's directly in line to get a room full of big breasted houri's.
