Have you found anyone who agrees with your interpretation of that poll?

Well golly gosh FD, you got me there. I guess I never really asked.

How about you? Found anyone who agrees with you that interpreting people's responses that they want to make offending people based on religion unlawful - as people wanting to make offending people based on religion unlawful - is reinterpretation "beyond recognition?" - and really means the exact opposite?

Dear Gandalf,
give up your religion.
There will be no 72 virgins for you.

Get your life back on track.

Follow instead - master Light.

You are oversimplifying my argument Gandalf.

Only 1 yes vote on restricting our freedom to  mock and ridicule religion?

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

Oh I know FD - when non-muslims chip away at our freedoms, its an incredibly complicated thing - far too complicated for me, as you have pointed out.

But of course when we want to accuse muslims of doing the same, we overgeneralise and simplify like there's no tomorrow.

If, *one who follows the teachings of muhammad*, can be used to generalize the description of a muslim, then islamic terrorists irrefutably are muslims.

The shame is that muslims and their apologists will go to any lengths to avoid the issue: devout muslim terrorists can and do justify their atrocities, by directly citing the teachings of muhammad.

To stop the terrorists you have to clean up the teachings of muhammad, since the muslims and their apologists are scared of this problem, mockery and exposure of the cult is the way to go

The shame is that Christians and their apologists will go to any lengths to avoid the issue: devout Christian terrorists can and do justify their atrocities, by directly citing the teachings of the Bible.

I see you're running away from the issue of: teachings of Christ versus teachings of muhammad.
