I must say, I do admire the claim that because Moses has seen no published statistics, the phenomena he describes is 0%. Moses should write the sort of reports the White House used to invade Iraq.

No, the Muslims in currently in jail are there for terrorist "plotting". No acts of terror were carried out or even properly planned.
