There was nothing in that Media Watch report, other than puffery. And that is not unusual at all.
Paul Sheehan, the man who started this frenzy, assures Media Watch that he heard all the warning bells and confronted Dr Beckett
“I have attacked every weakness in the man.”
“We are paid to debunk hocus pocus”
“I did a tremendous amount of reporting.”
Sheehan's article does include some qualifications.
“There are questions which simply cannot be answered until there have been more clinical trials”

More clinical trials? There haven't been any human trials. There are none underway.
There is the placebo effect, which in a product like this is potentially significant.
