3000 thousand is a pretty solid poll given it's more than double a normal poll.
I swear he's in the same position as Gillard, no matter what he does from how on will make a difference. Abbott is gone question is whether the party to with him. If he stays as leader they look on track to lose the Unlosable.

Sorted....

Wink

At 3000+, as St George notes, it is double a normal poll.
Roughly 400 per state/territory.

The poll quoted in this thread was from approx 1400 people, less than 200 per s/t.

Glad somebody sorted out Skippy's typo.  Grin

I continuously get phone calls asking for my Political Opinion for various Polls. When they ask if I am between 18 and 25 I put on a voice, like, I know everything, like and give my opinion, like.  Fun stuff.  Wink

20% of Australians still want Abbott for PM?....That sorta coincides with the levels of chronic mental illness and alcohol abuse in the country so its probably quite accurate   Cheesy

No surprise that Abbott was very, very loudly booed when he arrived outside Whitlam's Service.....but he did not like the loud crowd booes inside, where he was deliberately ignored by Malcolm Fraser!

The good news for the Coalition is that if they dump Abbott for Turnbull, their voting figures are likely to improve.

Abbott's polling as preferred Liberal leader among non-Coalition voters is very low. This is a strong indication that an Abbott-led Liberal party is not likely to win many additional votes for the Coalition from non-Liberal voters.

Turnbull has a much broader cross-party appeal, and it is these voters that the Coalition needs to win.

Which is why I want Abbott to stay exactly where he is.

The better news for Labor is that this will never happen.

You won 13 polls in a row – congratulations.

If the ALP morons actually remember how to run a country, they might win some polls when it counts.
