Direct Action To Finance CSG Fracking
Nov 5th, 2014 at 9:19am

Gas is less carbon polluting than coal so how much of Abbott's D.A Slush fund should be spent on destroying agriculture, destroying aquifers, destroying health, destroying the longterm security of the nation.

How much of the slush fund should be spent on CSG and CSG Fracking?

The US is doing just that, but it is also aided by the fracking technology that produces low cost gas, enabling coal-fired power generation to be reduced. The bad energy and carbon policies of the previous Australian government meant we missed that opportunity, although it may come again.

Will the dags on the rear end of the coalition, the gnats, still sit quietly while D.A destroys the regional areas.

Will Labor back CSG while abbott funds fracking under homes across Australian cities and towns?

Does the federal government issue mining licenses?

I know the NSW governments have a lot to answer for in regards to mining exploration rights and approvals given for the Illawarra plains?? (at the top of the Darling River system) – writing from memory….

$100 million from BHP/Billiton $300 million from a Chinese mining company (name alludes me) just for exploration rights.

From what i hear not 1 independent report backs these companies in any mining venture in this area, but low and behold the miners reports disagree!!

You forgot to mention destroying our local economy by shipping it all off into the 'global market' from which we will buy it back - at the grace of the Andrei's of this world - at their best price.

These people are engaging in economic warfare against us - and it behoves any government RIGHT NOW to take a long and serious look at exactly who we are trading with and what their true agenda is.

Better still - it behoves any government right now to take back ownership of these resources and put them under Australian control.

When your grandchildren are begging in the streets you will not consider my positing the idea that the global economy/market is THE greatest threat to stability and security of this nation to be crazy, you will look back and wonder why you didn't listen.

Gentlemen - ladies - we are involved in a war, like it or not, believe it or not - and it is time we took a look at the faces of the real players here.

Competition for market control (as opposed to markets) in the Asian Pacific Basin has been rightly dubbed The Second Hundred Years War - and at this time we are dealing with Quislings in our own government bent on destroying the economic base of this country so as to render it subservient to another group.

Laugh if you will...

Damn!  that radical comment certainly stopped the conversation and put a damper on the evening!

Was it just Fear Factor or reality crashing into the room?
