Jaquie v Pauline.

http://www.theage.com.au/federal-politics/political-news/jacqui-lambie-demoted-b...

Quote:
Outspoken Palmer United Party senator Jacqui Lambie has been demoted by her party for failing to attend party meetings.

The move comes after weeks of internal turmoil in the party and a war of words between the Tasmanian senator and party leader Clive Palmer, with Senator Lambie complaining Mr Palmer was not doing enough on issues such as a better pay deal for Defence personnel.

Quote:
Mr Palmer rejected the suggestion his party was unravelling.

"We've just got one member who's having a few problems. And we've got thousands of members joining every day," he said.

I keep thinking they are a flash in the pan party that only got elected because people are dissatisfied with both major parties.

I also am of the belief that they will die out after one or two elections.

The Victorian state election will be an interesting litmus test!

The problem for the Coalition is One Nation and PUP will take conservative votes away from them.....These right wing minor parties that appeal to populism and nationalism present a problem for the Coalition which will see the Conservative vote fractured.....Perhaps these conservative parties can come to an agreement to swap preferences so they can squeeze out the ALP and Greens although this might see more One Nation and PUP members elected on Coalition preferences.....How anyone can vote for people like Pauline Hanson, Jackie Lambie or Clive Palmer is beyond me to be honest!!!

Malcolm Turnbull should join the ALP and do a Bob Hawke, he would win in a landslide

I just saw the title of the thread and thought: what an awesome cage match that would be. Second only to Tony v Vlad. If Vlad survives the shoulder-charge, Tony's a little screwed.

They are both nut-bars.

For different reasons, yes. But still nut-bars.

But don't forget Clive's got the bulk, so she'd have to smack him really hard. He could always just body slam her, crush the life out of her. I reckon Palmer'd take Lambie any day of the week.

Steady on...
I was working in the thread title "Jaquie v Pauline."

Don't know that she couldn't take Palmer down.
She'd be able to move faster for a start.
Clive would have to be able to catch hold if her and then fall on her to win.

I figure that Clive would be good for about 90 seconds of deep breaths before his heart said it wasn't getting enough Oxygen.

Bye, bye, Clive.

Cheesy

OK: Jacqui v Pauline. I reckon Pauline, coz once they get the frying pans her experience of using her fish-and-chip shop frying pan to clobber Muslims will edge out over Jacqui's raw anger.

With Palmer: True, so long as she hasn't spilled any food on her outfit. Otherwise, he'll smell food the way sharks smell blood, and he'll hit her like a freight train.
