Sixty classic cars have been unearthed after lying for 50 years in massive barn are are expected to fetch $24,000,000 at auction

there a few nice cars in that lot .... dust and all.

Interesting to read of what happened at the auction.  I put together an article about this find for the car club magazine, but that was last month, before the auction was held.  I'll have to include a brief note in the next issue as a follow up.

When you consider the condition most of the cars, $24,000,000 seems a pretty good result for the 60 or so that they sold at auction (the rest were so far gone the family were going to try and sell them for spares), though most of them were rather rare.

Its an Italian Vetta, quite rare in this country, the vetta frames were hand made in Italy up until the early 90's. I was quite pleased to get it at the time as its a 64 cm frame and Im a fairly large bloke, I didnt realise the rarity when i bought it at the time. Rides like a little beauty.

Use my father's power tools to put up a couple more security cameras (hidden) and some solar lights. They look alright.

I have a few sheds,4.5 x 9m workshop for woodwork quite a big shed that has quite a few machines, tablesaw, bandsaw, drum sander, vacuum system, thicknesser ect. Another shed for garden equipment, I ended up joining a 3x4m with a 3x3m to make one big garden shed. Storage shed 6 x 7m and several other 3 x 3m sheds plus I just bought a storage unit 4.2 x 9.5m to store my caravan and other bits and pieces.

I have a couple of tonnes of dry dressed jarrah that I have stored for projects. A few neighbors regard me as their local bunnings when they need something.

That sounds good Leeroy.
I'm currently refurbishing tables for a restaurant.
The wood is Malaysian hardwood, which is soft wood by Australian standards. Very nice wood with variety of grain look. Covered with two coats of poly clear coat. The indented features, I've resined in.
