Why doesn't everyone in that area just go home? Get out of the way... amazing to watch crowds walking past on Macca Street and checking things out....

One trick of a genuine terrorist incident is to draw crowds to a 'minor' incident and then adios, muchachas.... or have evacuations to designated points..... same thing....

If evacuated from a building - use the alternative site for assembly....
