Now I know you're just after an argument.
1. It's wholemeal (brown) bread - not white.
2. The pasta has vegetables mixed in with it.
3. There's a whole tomato as well.
4. The potatoes are steamed which retains nutrients.
5. Also, and I reiterate - my doctor is perfectly OK
with it - as is my rehab nurse. The whole object is
to regain the weight I lost while I was ill.
6. And I don't eat the same meal every night.
I won't even go near the salads I eat for lunch
most days, the cereals for breakfast or the
protein shakes every morning. Or the fact that I've
eliminated added salt, cut back on sugar, and cut
junk-food/takeaways out altogether.
