Any random athlete is better trained than some random doctor about diet. Kat got some well intentioned advice he could have paid good money for.

Kat posted about a medical condition which caused a serious build up of fluid on his legs. As soon as he passed the acute stage he should have been sent to a dietician to discuss an anti inflammatory diet, yet.....
Doctors are sh1t at giving dietary advice in general.

Creeps in Speedos hanging around North Bondi toilet blocks are sh1t at giving dietary advice in general.
Starting early arent you? Suns not down yet in Vic Park. Show some self discipline man.

He's an angry drunk, bet he gets his head punched in at the pub all the time.

Apparently he drinks at some inner city dweeb faggot bar in Victoria park, handbags at 10 paces.

And your qualifications to assess the quality of that "well intentioned advice" are......?????
I tend to let my posts speak for themselves and let the more intellectually adept assess the veracity contained therein.  Wink

so you're hoping that bluffing your way through will convince people you're qualified??

Pork belly and potato bake.

Followed with a home made mud cake.

Because my wife loves me ......and as a reward for helping her move all the furniture all over the bloody house as she is redecorating.

We only have 4 bedrooms, but I'm sure we moved 8 today.

To make matters worse, she is painting every room.

I had a free meal at a sports club. Crumbed steak, mushroom sauce, mash and vegetables. A couple of nights later, my parents get me a birthday meal at another sports club. Half lobster, scallops, prawns, seafood stick, mash and vegetables. The sports bar grant me a free vienetta to take home. Best birthday meals I have ever had. Normally, I would go with the all you can eat. But, that being closed because of covid, I was happy to have great meals at two reputable sports clubs.

Had a great lazy dinner, really tired.

Rolled oats, milk. Microwaved for 1 minute.
Added Yoghurt, some raspberries, some immunity booster additive.

It was REALLY nice. My tummy loved it.

Lard is better and healthier than butter for frying.

Frying up a rump steak to have with some boiled vegetables. Adding some turmeric over the vegies. The steak can have some gravy covering it.

I do not really care. I changed from margarine to butter because margarine has a mild estrogenic effect on men. Butter does not.
