How about we create a scale of financial penalties for Islamophobia?
Write an internet post, unfairly attacking innocent Muslims? $1,000. A second offence? $2,000 and so on and so on.
Attack a Muslim on the street verbally? $1,000, a second offence, $2,000 and so on and so on.
Physically attack a Muslim? $10,000, a second offence, $20,000 plus of course, any gaol time you accrue as well.
Anti-Muslim graphitto? $1,000. More Graphitti? A thousand dollars extra per piece.
Soren, you'd soon be a very bankrupt man, the rate at which you post.
Good one, Brain, defender of free exchange of ideas - not.
Opposing Islam is not Islamophobia, bozo. It is opposing Islam. You can oppose things, you know, it's not compulsory to embrace all and every ideology, religion, norms and cultural practice.
Signing up for or supporting terrorist activity here or overseas is, on the other hand, an offence. You do recognise that there is Muslim terrorism around the world, don't you Brain, and that Australian Muslims are involved? Don't you, Brain?
