I love nothing more than a hearty soup and a crusty bread roll.  Mmmm mmmm.  Great pics Mechanic.

I don't eat junk takeaway ie Maccas, KFC and the like.  I think it not only affects your physical health but your mental health as well.

I don't mind a bit of KFC or Macca's ... once a week on a Saturday night we get takeaway which is usually KFC... I have one box of chips and one chicken Rib piece (the least fattiest and nicest, just ask for it)

I don't eat red meat or white meat these days [e.g. KFC or Macca's].

I'm mostly vegan, except when i'm drinking 'red', eating squares of Cadbury Dairy Milk, and eating fish and chips.

I do, often, buy fish and chips once a week, just as a treat.

But i'm really a vegan,      Wink    .....err, mostly.         Wink

I would estimate that 70%-90% of my diet, is uncooked and unprocessed food.

Love it.

But i do love the occasional 'treat' too.

I prefer many foods to be raw.  I much prefer salads to vegies.   You can have so much more variety to a salad.
