The establishment defenders Herbert and Cods are out in force with their disinformation and obfuscation joined by female puberty expert Gnads.

The bottom line is that the girl was an employee of Epstein who paid her for sexual services to Andrew and others who are now outraged at being exposed.

This is sexual slavery and the blather of Herbert, Cods and Gnads is an attempt to dilute the gravity of the crime.

Sarah Ferguson is now implicated in the crime by being paid off for her silence and for her false character reference for Andrew. Probably would have been better if Ferguson had kept her silence because the exposure of her pay off has only intensified the pressure.

Not if the aging males are in a position to compel or exert pressure that renders meaningful consent meaningless...

Young girls and young men are horny little beasts - both... and it is a very difficult position to find in which genuine consent is considered to be in play. That is why there is an age limit based on a claimed reasoning ability.

Obviously the age limit needs to be higher than 16, from the results.

There is a world of difference between a predator using influence to get sex from a young person and a younger person making a valid decision to be with an older one.

In my case - at 65 - the question is moot since the lovelies I work with all look on me as sort of a grand-dad figure..... a good thing....

Rubbish Walter. It is the case in some Jurisdictions but not, for example in Queensland. If one can lawfully give consent, the age of the other party is utterly irrelevant.

I guess what you are referring to is the situation where a girl aged 14 screws a bloke also 14. In some Jurisdictions, that it lawful given the proximity the the ages of the parties. But, I know of no place where a girl of general age of consent may have the lawfulness of that consent taken away from her if the bloke is your age Walter.
