Sharia law in Aceh,raped beaten and flogged

Baron don't bring in strawmen.

I think we can all agree this is despicable behaviour and must be condemned. I am not going to spinelessly apologise for this, which I'm sure must come as a great dissapointment to some.

Of course since I will be condemning this as non-islamic and indeed condemnable on Islamic grounds (why are the rapists not subject to sharia law?) - I will no doubt be ridiculed as a typical muslim apologist/deceiver/taqqiya practitioner.

Why did the UAE throw the Aussie Alicia Gali in jail after she reported a rape, are the UAE doing sharia wrong as well?

Can you cite the verse in the Quran that forbids rape? Roll Eyes

umm.. so why has the rest of Indonesia rejected sharia?

Are there only just under 5 million people in Aceh and around 250 million in the rest of Indonesia?

What did the pew survey say about sharia in Indonesia,can you do the maths on percentages and give us the number of how many support it from population figures.

Is accepting sharia like Aceh did progresss or trying to time warp back into the 7th century?

Is the former President and current leader of the ruling party a secular non-hijab wearing woman?
