" Peter Dutton ranked as worst health minister in 35 years in poll of doctors

Australian Doctor magazine says 1,100 readers took part in survey and quoted one GP as saying Dutton ‘will be remembered as the dullest, least innovative and most gullible’

Until we, as a country, divest ourselves of the two self-serving parties that are our only options and have been for far too long, this country will never rise above the gutter into which it has fallen under successive governments of both 'sides' of this Tag Team.

Each of these in the past 35 years has steadily overseen, in the interests of ideologies, the demolition of rights and standards and values in this country, each taking a bit at a time and returning nothing but an endless series of extra miseries for the ordinary person, whose only real interest is earning a decent living and prospering for self and family, and being left alone to do so.

What training?, the Cubans turn out a doctor in six months, the only reason it takes so long here is education is yet another blob like rort that has an insatiable appetite for taxpayer cash that can never be satisfied.

Yeah well I hope they don't import them on 457 visas.

Much though I use the AMA to bash Tory supporters about closed shop Unions ... the AMA being one of the biggest in Australia.

I think the qualifying & training regimen for Doctors in this country is fair.

Many of those let in here from foreign countries in the last 15 years have proven to be unqualified & inadequately trained to dispense to a national standard medical diagnosis & treatment to the Australian public.

I took my sister to the hospital the other week and she got a quick look over by an Indian doctor who wrote out a  small description of her cut to be given to the head nurse. The head nurse said "finally a doctor who can write proper English". Imagine a diagnosis being written out that nurses and doctors can't understand. A tad dangerous don't you think.

I watched my quack succumb to easy money, started seeing him years ago when he was all starry eyed about helping people, twenty years later all he was interested in doing was operating a revolving door clinic that threw patients out on their arse after a three minute consult.
His practice was a palace though and I'm sure he had lots of good investments.
