Actually quite the opposite, Athos.

The Anglo leadership both here and in Britain are far more reluctant to come down hard on ethnics than they are on their own people.

There's the imperative to always be seen as non-racist towards ethnics and non-partisan towards one's own Anglo kith and kin.
