Colin Barnet is off chops saying the 'dullsville' tag is the only reason to do a poxy renovation of the city of Perth.

Warren Buffet only 2 days ago, maybe even yesterday even!??!, said that emotion should have nothing to do with investment......

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

Have you done the animated fly-through?

The finished thing looks great.

Restaurants, bars, cafes, on the river - what's not to like?

What wrong with dullsville, some people don't need flashing colored lights to entertain themselves. If having druggies on the street corners and violence outside bars is your thing then Sydney could be the city for you. Not all cities have to be expensive and crass.

Perth has Northbridge.  Plenty of druggies and violence there.

We first fought the heathens in the name of religion, then Communism, and now in the name of drugs and terrorism. Our excuses for global domination always change.
