out of control when year in, year out, temperature remains the same? Even if you were to agree with NASA's claim (and they have a habit of being wrong) the increase on last year is 0.02 degrees. Have a link to the peer-reviewed study ?

The only thing I can find on the subject is a survey with no verification that the respondents were even scientists let alone qualified in the field.
