There is no doubt that the biosphere is being crushed by mankind and it is probably already too late.

With the future population projections its only going to get worse. The biosphere has probably not yet disclosed all its symptoms and the long term prognosis is likely to be worse than current predictions.

Farewell dear biosphere. I knew you well.

Just tell the children and grandchildren "bad luck; you were born too late to enjoy life."
