However those that wear it as a cape, and those that fly it from their vehicles, are almost certainly bogans.

How many BMWs or Mercedes Sports have you seen with twin overhead flags?

Oh about a dozen or so, over the years. A few Porsches and the odd Rolls as well.

Come Monday, you'll see a dozen Holden utes, flying flags, within the first 10 minutes of walking out your front door.

Yeah, but that's because about 1 in 4 vehicles around are utes.
