This report shows that problems persist and there are continued concerns about leadership, the quality of learning and safeguarding.’

If you want to be taken seriously instead of as an ass, then start explaining your glib dismissals.

The Daily Mail has a consistent right wing bias and caters for the lower middle class (famously in Yes Prime Minister, it was said to be read by the wives of those who run the country). As a result, my suspicion is that once one teacher said yay we got shut down because our students didn't know who Muslims are, the Daily Mail reporter stopped right there and didn't look any further.

Show me just one example of the DM displaying rightwing bias.

Shooting the messenger is a favourite pastime of those who advocate censorship of the press and the curtailing of free speech in order to ban the locals from voicing objection to their country being swamped by intransigent foreigners who neither resemble the locals in appearance or cultural heritage.
