Yes, it was the best Saturday ever!

Now I'm looking forward to the monkey's speech tomorrow.

I have installed the High Impact plexiglas screen in front of the TV in readiness.

Me too, you should have been here, they popped some corks at the local ALP office because to top off the demise of Newman our local Labor rep won her seat too......double celebrations, double joy.

Unfortunately, I couldn't be there because every bone in my body was aching so I celebrated with sweet dreams.

I thought Labour would just get over the line, but when Soupy pulled his 18 million pork barrel list out of his pocket for his own electorate I knew they were all gone. What taxpayer in other electorates would tolerate their hard earned dosh supporting that loser and where would the  money come from.  Huh HuhSmiley

You are all so young ~ or so forgetful.

In all my born days I've never witnessed an election-result jubilation that heralded something good for the country.

It has always been little more than a re-branding of the same old shyte.

Annastacia Palaszczuk ... why hasn't she angelised her name yet to the English alphabet? That in itself is symptomatic of an idiot.

Nice rhetoric, but where is the substance?

That's the thing about this government , they've had ample opportunity to trigger a DD but when it comes down to it they just shelve the legislation tabled, shows how weak and spineless they really are, they obviously don't even believe in their own policies, saddle up for another 2 years of nothing from LNP before we drop kick them to the political wasteland. Roll on 2016.

Who really believes the Public Assets won't be sold or leased ?

Not a lot of people, I suspect.

But that doesn't mean they're happy about it, or that they shouldn't let
the government know that they're unhappy about it.

Personally I believe that ALL public utilities and ALL essential services
should be publicly-owned and run/funded by the govt via generated
income and (if necessary) the taxpayer.

Ain't it wonderful?

This really is the pot calling the kettle black.

ABC, please bring back Bindi's Bootcamp so that this forum can have a rest from the insane ramblings on this demented old troll.
